We schedule your cleaning
We arrange your appointment by phone, Monday through Saturday, and confirm the details — including your product preferences — before we ever step inside.

We clean to the standard
Our cleaners arrive in uniform with all supplies, work through our room-by-room checklist, and leave your home the way we'd want our own. Pay by card, ACH bank transfer, or Zelle.

Recurring prices apply to weekly and biweekly service; one-time standard cleans run about 20% above recurring rates. Prices are starting prices — your final quote is set by free estimate. No card processing fee or surcharge is added to your price. Offers cannot be combined; one discount per appointment.
20% off your first clean
For new clients, on your first clean only, during our first month of operation. Cannot be combined with any other discount.
10% off, every visit
For military members and veterans, seniors age 65 and over, and first responders — our standing thank-you for your service. Applies to residential services.

Lawson Cleaning LLC is a veteran-owned, locally operated cleaning company based in Seabrook, South Carolina. We're employee-operated and owner-managed: our cleaners are our own W-2 employees — never day labor — and quality is personally overseen on every account.

How do I schedule a cleaning?
Call us at (854) 231-4874 or email lawsoncleaningsc@gmail.com. We'll provide your free estimate and arrange your appointment by phone, Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Do you bring your own supplies and products?
Yes — we bring all cleaning products and equipment. You can choose our company standard products, eco-friendly, or fragrance-free options, or provide your own products. Let us know about any product allergies or sensitivities when you call, and we'll record them on your account.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Our own employees — background-checked, uniformed W-2 cleaners, trained to our written cleaning standard. The company is owner-managed, and quality is overseen for every client.
How is my price set?
Prices start from the table above, based on home size. Your final quote is confirmed by free estimate, which accounts for the size and condition of your home. The price we quote is the price you pay — no card processing fees or surcharges are added.
How do I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens — just give us at least 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $50 fee; same-day cancellations and visits where we can't access the home carry a $100 fee.
Which discounts do you offer?
New clients save 20% on their first clean during our first month of operation. Military members and veterans, seniors 65+, and first responders save 10% on residential services every visit. Discounts cannot be combined — one discount per appointment.
